Shifts

  • Every other weekend - Saturday & Sunday 7:00am - 3:00pm
  • 3:00pm - 11:00pm (24-hours)

Pay Incentives:

    • 40 or 24 hours/week
    •  Every Other Weekend
    •  $7,000. Bonus
    •  ($3,500. after 6 months and $3,500. after one year)
    •  Plus Optional Staff Hours Available: base rate does not change
    • Shift Differential: $2.25/hr
    • Weekend Differential: +$2.00/hr.
    • $6.25-18.75/hr. for pick up shifts
    • Overtime after 8.5/hr. shift
    • Plus optional Staff Hours (Supervisory hourly rate remains in affect while working staff hours).

    Requirements:

    • Current MA RN license
    • CPR Certification
    • Experience in long term care
    •  Supervisory experience preferred
    • Must be fully Covid-19 vaccinated per state mandate

    • Incentive for Pick up extra shifts: +$13.00/hr
    • Shift Differential:
      • 3p-11p $2.25/hr
      • 11p-7a: $2.50/hr
      • Weekend Differential: +$2.00/hr
    • Overtime after 8.5/hr shift (part-timers also eligible)
    • Incentive for Pick up extra shifts: +$12.50/hr for 3:00p-11:00pm (+$18.75/hr for 3pm Friday through 7am Monday)
    • These shifts are fully benefited positions for 20 hours or more.
